His Focus

Source, connect, and network with top-performing candidates and clients.

His Perspective
“Winners embrace hard work. They love the discipline of it, the trade-off they’re making to win. Losers, on the other hand, see it as punishment. And THAT’s the difference.” Lou Holtz

How He Got Here:
I’ve had a passion for pursuing a career in sales for as long as I can remember, but I DID NOT want to be “another headset” in a large, corporate setting. I am also a BIG people person, and I found that the recruiting industry offered a perfect combination of the two areas I am interested in most — business and psychology.

Studied
Bachelor of Arts in Economics, UNC Chapel Hill

Bet You Didn’t Know
I am from Charlotte originally and went to Myers Park HS where I was captain of the wrestling team for two years.

I was born in the middle of the 1993 National Championship Game where UNC beat Michigan. Fun fact: My dad, who also went to UNC, was watching the game in the lobby and had to be paged to the room.

I am a fourth generation Eagle Scout.
